Changing your
display language.

English or German today. One setting in your account, applied across every screen.

Two languages today. English (en) and German (de) are both fully supported. More languages will follow as we expand.

Language is a one-click switch that applies across every screen, every email, every error message. Both English and German are fully maintained — no half-translated states.

01 Where it lives

Open Settings → Account. The language picker is a dropdown labelled Display language. Pick the language you want, click Save. The whole app reloads in the new language within a second.

02 What it covers

  • Every tab and button in the app.
  • Form labels, validation errors, and tooltips.
  • Emails we send you — welcome, password reset, OTP, billing notifications.
  • The Help Center pages you're reading.

03 Switching languages safely

Your data doesn't change — only the UI does. Numbers stay as numbers; entries stay as entries. The currency formatter is independent of language (controlled by your business currency setting), so switching to German won't flip your GBP shop into euros.

Entry notes stay in their original language. If you typed a note in English ("morning shift handover") and switch to German, the note stays English. Switching language affects the UI labels, not your data.
