Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page at any time. The change takes effect immediately; the next invoice pro-rates the remainder of the month against the new plan.
What happens when I open another location?
If you are on Starter (1 location) and add a second, nouz prompts you to upgrade to Growth before the new location goes live. No data is deleted; the new location just needs the plan capacity to operate. Same step from Growth to Pro.
Is there an annual plan?
Not at launch. Monthly is the only option today so the first price point is simple — one card charge per month, cancel any time. If you would prefer to lock in for a year, tell us in support and we will work something out.
What if I have more than five locations?
Get in touch. Anything over five gets custom pricing — we would rather do that than push you into running five separate accounts with five separate subscriptions.
What if I forget to cancel before the trial ends?
You get reminders on day 11 and day 13 of the trial. After the trial ends, you are charged monthly. If you cancel right after a renewal and wanted that month refunded, email support — we handle those case by case.
